They are my #1 go-to for all online shopping. I have referred many of my friends to Revolve because of their excellent and timely service. In fact, some of the things they do just amaze me in their service. To the person complaining about trails of emails regarding a frayed jacket it is very hard for me to believe that Revolve did not accept that item back. It is against regulations to mark up brands or mark down brands (unless on sale) than other retailers. Revolve charges the same price you would find at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Saks etc. If a vendor sells cheap quality materials and charge a higher price. I didn't end up using because they keep cancelling my order and want me to provide government ID and photo of credit card just to buy boots, which is ridiculous! Products used: Tried to purchase a pair of Stuart Weitzman boots in black. Tip for consumers: Please avoid and boycott Revolve and shop somewhere else. They are too peasant and I advise everyone to never shop with them ever again. I never had problems like this making purchases above 1000 USD / CAD online. I even called Paypal and had agent stay with me online when re attempting to place order with Revolve but Paypal also figured out this website is suspicious as it is also raising red flags. They are suspicious and trying to collect personal information and credit card numbers for fraud and to scam users. I refuse to do that and they won't even accept Paypal. I tried to order a Stuart Weitzman boots that is unavailable on the official website my size but they are having issues and giving me excuses that they can't process my order because of their "Risk Management" team who uses inefficient, unsophisticated and low class methods of verification- make me send photo of my credit card and government ID by email. They cancelled my order many times despite having zero problems with Paypal, my credit card company and being a first time customer.
